Travelling can be exhausting, especially when travelling long haul and/or overseas. We at the Marcel have made up a list of travelling beauty tips for you. These tips are easy to follow and we guarantee you a far better travel experience overall.
HEALTHY TIPS
before travelling:
> drink lots of water
> wear comfortable well-fitting clothes that aren't tight
during the flight:
> don't cross your legs
> get up and move around the aircraft cabin
> use a sleeping mask during the flight so that you don't alter the light-darkness cycle
> moisturize your skin and lips
after the flight:
> don't eat too much ( we offer light meals no matter what time you arrive at the Marcel )
> try to adapt to the local time
HOW TO SLEEP BETTER AND REST DURING YOUR fLIGHT?
Being able to sleep on the plane is something that all travellers wish for; but sometimes this is difficult due to the light, the noises and the limited space we have.
Here are our best tips to relax and rest:
* invest in a good travelling pillow; this is to avoid pain in the neck when you land
* use earplugs or earphones to block out the surrounding noises
